What I've Done
I'm so grateful that I've had the opportunity to do many different things in my career... and this is only the beginning!
Check out some of my past experiences below:

DELOITTE | ESG & SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES
As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, I guided clients in measuring & reporting their ESG impacts.
The heart of our work was in developing and managing short- and long-term ESG and Climate-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as related processes, controls, and governance structures for enhanced corporate sustainability.
In addition to client engagements, proposals, and internal strategic work, I had the opportunity to participate in a number of social impact initiatives:
- Championed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) efforts within Deloitte, serving as a member of the DEI Council, Pride Strategy Lead for the Rocky Mountain LGBTQIA+ & Allies Community, and Southwest Hub Bi+ Inclusion Chair
- Engaged in social impact initiatives including co-leading KPI & Impact Measurement efforts for the Rocky Mountain Social Impact Council, volunteering with StepUp Denver to provide consulting services to local nonprofits, and supporting local social impact initiatives
- Spearheaded Denver-based colocation initiatives for various communities, fostering collaboration among professionals and organizing engaging in-office workshares and off-site social events to enhance team cohesion and productivity
Although my ESG & Sustainability team served clients in all industries, I contributed to multiple space-related projects. For instance, I supported the Space Community of Practice (CoP), which connected professionals throughout the firm who share interest in space-related activities. My greatest achievement from these efforts was convening the first-ever firm-wide Space CoP in-person meeting in Washington DC, and subsequently, the first-ever Space CoP co-working day and hybrid (in-person and virtual) reception in Colorado Springs. |
SPACE & SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVE | CU Boulder
I discovered my passion for the space industry.
I joined the Space Sustainability Initiative (SSI) at CU Boulder without any background in space, but soon I was clear on my intent to work in the industry.
I managed the core research team and oversaw the actualization of SSI’s objective to compile best practices from existing industries and advocate for space sustainability in academia and industry globally.
During my time at SSI, I
- Recruited SSI Advisory Board and 3 Advisory Working Groups, coordinating logistics, work products, and delivering on the objectives of each group
- Presented on Social Responsibility in Space at Plenary Session at 2021 International Astronautical Congress, touching on topics including strategies for establishing best practices in space and the role of social responsibility in orbital debris

UNITED NATIONS GLOBAL COMPACT
I established my career in impact measurement.

I'm always excited to share my expertise.
I've shared my work on global stages, in classrooms, and 1:1 - and I'll continue to do so.
